Our first fresh hop of the season comes from Crosby Hop Farms in Oregon. The Strata
hop, a relatively new hop, showcases how amazing these things are right off the bine. Notes of intense passion fruit and mango combined with a sweet grassy finish with a touch of white peach and lychee. Bright and cloudy, hazy and tropical. These beers are a labor of love and never seem to last long.
