IBU unknown Idaho grown Pilsner Malt, fresh picked Idaho 7 hops from Crosby Farms Let’s be clear, the only reason we at Trails End are able to do any of this is because of our men and women in the armed forces, past and present. In fact, the only reason We are able to enjoy our public lands, freedoms, and beer is because of those who have served. So, we made beer for Veterans here in the Inland PNW to say thank you. We started with Idaho grown 2 row Pilsner near malt from Pocatello. Then we sent 2 members of our Trails End family down to Crosby Farms, s 5th generation Family Farm, to pick up 250 lbs of fresh picked Idaho 7 hops. The result is a well balanced IPA loaded with pine resin, pineapple and tangerine peel. Raise a glass, give thanks and Cheers!
